Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.

Meet Lori

My joy in living a whole food plant based lifestyle is something I delight in sharing with others, helping many to achieve vibrant health and wellness.

As a plant based health and wellness coach, I partner with my clients seeking self-directed long lasting change in their diet and lifestyles.  I meet clients where they presently are in their wellness journey and inspire them to confidently learn, grow, and make changes in order to attain their goals and see their desired results concerning their best health and well-being.

What is a whole food plant based lifestyle?

A whole food plant-based lifestyle focuses on eating minimally processed, whole foods predominantly from plants. You will enjoy a diet rich in all kinds of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. Also included in moderation are avocados, nuts, and seeds.  Animal products such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy along with processed foods are typically avoided.

Why should I establish this lifestyle?

There is a great deal of evidence-based research indicating that many chronic diseases can be prevented, controlled and at times reversed by simply adopting a whole food plant-based diet. Scientific research has shown that a plant based lifestyle can reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers and many major illnesses.
